DETAILS OF FOUNDER AND TOP MANAGEMENT TEAM

1. Mr. R S Raghuvanshi, Managing Director has been actively involved in management of security operations for past 10 years. He has significant and relevant experience in all aspects of security upto and including managing the security needs of visiting head of state. Mr. R S Raghuvanshi has also built an extensive network of relation with security professionals in both government and non-governmental organizations. He has been guiding GSS to realize that constant change is the only step forward towards the future.

2. Mr. Sanjay Tyagi, a retired officer of Indian Air Force Police is a gem in our company who has redefined “Richness”. A strong motivator who has led his team with extreme hard work, loyalty and is a firm believer of old saying “WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH, THE TOUGH GETS GOING”. He is the Executive Director of GSS.

3. Mr. S.P Mallick, General Manager, is a former Deputy Director, Intelligence Bureau Ministry of Home affairs, Government of India .He has wide ranging experience in the field of internal security to curb the subversive and nepharieus activities of the anti-national elements, He has varied experience in examining cases through secret enquiries, Conducting operation, counter Terrorisms, Industrial security, VIP-Security, Knowledge of overseeing of immigration and other security matters of the airport, He has participated in interaction with other organization Deptts to brief and sensitized about security very frequency .He also represented the country in international parleys on security affairs.

4. Major Vijay Kumar (Rtd.), GM Operation 44 years, is a former Black Cat Commando officer from the National Security Guards (NSG). Major Kumar has had wide-ranging experience in the Indian Security forces and has planned and executed rescue and anti-terrorism counter operations during his stint in the Army. Prior to joining GSS, Major Kumar also worked in senior positions with TOPS DETECTIVES AND SECURITY AND SECURITY SERVICES LTD, and VISION GUARDS PVT. LTD and has been PSO to former Prime Minister (Late) Sh. Rajiv Gandhi ji.

4. Mr. L R Dixit 42 years with mind quicker than most of his contemporaries has 16 years experience in Diplomatic mission as administrative assistant. A graduate and postgraduate diploma holder in office management is carrying vast 6 years experience in security is performing the duties of manager operations of GSS. A competent officer who has maintained good relations with all the clients and produces good results even in odd situations. “A never say die man”.

OUR GUARDS

We strongly believe that our guards are ambassadors and therefore their performance and personality reflect upon our Standards. To ensure that the guards match up to the high Standards in quality, all our guards have to undergo a selection process where they are screened for their qualities of intelligence, interest, courtesy, integrity and motivation and individuals who can operate under stressful situation and communicate well.

TRAINING FACILITIES

We have established Training School in Delhi and Faridabad manned by ex-Defense officers imparting basic training to the newly recruited guards. In addition, we have full-fledged Training Academy handled by ex army Officer at Delhi to meet the requirements of operations. Our main subject of training includes Basic Training on security, Guests Handling, Reception and Telephone related duties, Industrial Security, Fire fighting and prevention, handling of contingencies and crisis management etc. Refresher training of one to two days is also organized for the experienced security personnel. On the job training is however inbuilt.

EFFECTIVE TRAINING CENTRES OF GUARDS

1. Proper infrastructure for the training of guards is located in Bajrang Hospital (Basment) Moral Bandh, Badarpur New Delhi.
2. Training pertaining to company profile, drill, Standing Order Procedures, Fire Fighting Drill along with practices is conducted by experienced Army personal.
   
   

RECRUITMENT

Adapting to the special needs of our client’s and individualizing our services is our company policy. Hence guards are recruited for each Post, keeping in mind the personality and profile desired by the client. Our essential recruitment Qr.'s are as follows:

• Must be physically fit and mentally robust.
• Minimum height should be 5'6".
• Should be minimum matriculate but Intermediates are preferred and age in the span of 21-40 years.
• Should be able to read and write in Hindi & English and should have a high level of IQ.
• Must have reliable references in Delhi or at the Branch office areas
  

UNIFORM

Shoes Black Oxford Pattern, Black Trousers, Dark Grey Shirt with Logo, Lanyard with Whistle, Cap with badge, Red & black Scarf, shoulder title, Personal Identity Card with colored photograph. An option of CEREMONIAL uniform is given according to client’s requirement to add color on special Occasions. This includes a red sash, KAMARBAND, white anklets and batons color.

EXISTENCE OF TECHNICAL SYSTEMS DIVISION

Gracious is equipped with independent Technical Systems Division to meet client’s technical requirements like Electronic Access Control Systems, CCTV and Surveillance System, Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm systems, Sprinklers systems, PA Systems etc. We have been providing total solutions at single window, to meet the requirements of the clients.

SURPRISE INSPECTION

To ensure high degree of alertness, a system of surprise checks has been instituted. Gracious systems of Internal Audit are directly under Vice President (Ops) and General Manager (Ops) of the region, who ensure prompt action for smooth functioning. Manager Operations check all posts of their zones at least twice in a week.

SUPERVISION

Gracious takes pride in having a Sophisticated Internal Monitoring Systems (SIMS). We have a dedicated force of field Supervisors who carry out checking of all posts 5 to 7 times a week, including night checking. Supervisors render a regular report on the performance of each post.

ROTATION OF GUARDS

To preclude the possibility of complacency and avoid over familiarization, the guards are rotated on regular basis. However, in case of specific request from the client, a guard may be permitted to continue over the stipulated time.

OUR STANDARDS

We as a policy do not supply guards at random. We insist that they should be inducted as a viable team after Security Survey/Audit.

We pay the best salaries in the industry and follow all statutory norms of the State governments. Individual dossier of each guard is maintained at our Head Office with the zonal Managers and performance reviewed fortnightly.
